Game Access

The game you purchase is permanently assigned to your Fiuby account, and you are granted ongoing access to the latest version of the game available on Fiuby.

Download and Usage

You may download and use the game on your device as you wish. However, copying, distributing, or using the games for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

Refund Policy

Digital content purchased through Fiuby is considered a service with immediate access. Therefore, under general consumer protection regulations, there is no automatic right of withdrawal or refund. However, Fiuby may, at its sole discretion, issue a refund within 14 business days if a valid issue is identified based on user feedback.

Issues in Games

Any technical problems, bugs, or missing features within a game are the responsibility of the game developer. Fiuby does not accept legal responsibility for such issues.

Game Removal from Publication

Fiuby may remove a game from publication due to legal obligations or user complaints. In such cases, if the game contains illegal content, it may be removed from users' libraries. However, if a game is removed by the publisher without any justification, it will not be deleted from users' libraries, and users will retain access to the latest published version.
