Your access to the Fiuby platform and your use of its content are governed by the following terms and conditions. Please read these rules carefully.

First of all, Fiuby is a social media platform designed specifically for gaming enthusiasts. The content provided on Fiuby is posted instantly by users and published without prior moderation; therefore, some content may not be suitable for users under the age of 13. To ensure a safe internet experience for children, we recommend that parents consider using filtering software. Fiuby is intended for users aged 13 and above. Users under this age are strictly prohibited from using the platform, even with parental consent, by Fiuby management. The safety of children is a top priority for us.

Fiuby, operated by Fiuby Technology, serves as a content platform in compliance with the legal regulations of Estonia. User-generated content is published without prior review. However, Fiuby Technology carefully reviews all reports submitted to it and takes legal action when necessary.

Users agree that they hold all legal rights to the content they upload to Fiuby (including text, images, videos, audio, links, etc.). Content that violates the copyright, trademark, privacy, personality rights, or other legal rights of third parties is not allowed. In such cases, Fiuby reserves the right to remove the content, suspend accounts, and share user information with legal authorities upon official request.

You may submit your complaints via the "Report" button within the content. Please note that your reports may be shared with legal authorities when necessary.

All content and services provided on Fiuby are for personal use only. Commercial use of any content or services without prior written permission from Fiuby Technology is prohibited.

If a username previously taken by another user is found to clearly match a well-known person or brand, and the rightful owner verifies their identity or authority, the username will be reassigned to the rightful owner. In such cases, the existing user's username will be automatically updated by appending numbers at the end.

Any unauthorized access to Fiuby, attempts to alter data, or interfere with the platform's operation may result in legal action.

Content on Fiuby reflects users' opinions, and no guarantee is provided regarding its accuracy or timeliness. Fiuby accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage arising from information, comments, or recommendations on the platform.

Fiuby is not responsible for links directing users to external websites. No guarantee is provided regarding the accuracy or safety of such external links.

During your visit to Fiuby, cookies may be placed on your device. These cookies do not contain your identity; they are used solely to store session information to improve your user experience.

Additionally, anonymous data such as your IP address may be recorded by Fiuby Technology.

Fiuby Technology reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use without prior notice. Users are therefore advised to review the terms periodically.

Fiuby Technology also reserves the right to suspend or permanently restrict access to the platform for individuals or entities when deemed necessary. While reasonable security measures are taken against viruses and malicious software, users are advised to ensure the security of their own devices.

Users on Fiuby must avoid using slang, profanity, insults, spam, fake content, misleading information intended to deceive others, or language that is defamatory or against general moral standards. If such content is detected, it may be removed, and accounts may receive warnings or be permanently banned.

Fiuby scans uploaded files using automated systems for viruses and malicious software. However, no digital security system is completely foolproof. Since 100% security cannot be guaranteed with current technology, users are strongly advised to scan all files downloaded from Fiuby or any other internet source using up-to-date antivirus software.

Fiuby Bits Donation Policy

Fiuby Bits is a payment system that allows content creators and game developers to be financially supported by their followers and communities. Users can purchase and send Fiuby Bits in amounts of 5 USD, 25 USD, or 100 USD. After a 10% commission and a 0.30 USD transaction fee are deducted per transaction, the remaining amount is accumulated in the balance section. Amounts exceeding 50 USD are transferred to the user's bank account during the first five business days of each month.

This system can only be used by users who meet the following conditions. By applying for donation eligibility, the user declares and commits to meeting all requirements:

• Verified Account: The user must complete the verification process provided by Fiuby.
• Past Behavior: The user must not have any history of spam, hate speech, fraud, or violations of Fiuby Community Guidelines.
• Profile Completion: The user profile must be fully completed, including a profile picture, biography, and bank account details in the Content Creator Studio page.

Fiuby reserves the right to temporarily or permanently revoke donation eligibility without prior notice if these conditions are not met or are later violated.

Purchase Content Access Guarantee and Developer Responsibility

Digital game content purchased through Fiuby is permanently assigned to the user's account.

Developers may not remove games they have listed for sale at will. If they wish to do so, they must contact Fiuby support and submit a request. If a removed game becomes inaccessible to users, the developer of the content assumes legal responsibility for this situation.

Users have the right to request a refund if they cannot access a purchased product. Such requests are reviewed and resolved by Fiuby.

Developers are responsible for maintaining the accessibility and integrity of the game content they upload. Otherwise, refunds issued to users may be deducted from the developer's earnings.

Refund Conditions and User Rights

Users may request a refund if they cannot access a digital product purchased through Fiuby or cannot obtain the expected benefit due to one of the following reasons:

• Game files removed by the developer, making them unavailable for download
• The game not working or failing to install
• The game not containing the core features stated in its description
• The presence of copyright violations, malware, or illegal content within the game

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. The request is reviewed by the Fiuby support team; users may be asked to provide screenshots, error messages, or additional information if necessary. Developers may also be contacted during the review process.

Approved refunds are returned using the original payment method. Users who submit abusive or repeated refund requests for the same content may have their refund rights restricted.

Fiuby takes maximum care regarding the security of user-uploaded files; however, it cannot be held responsible for any data loss, hardware damage, or security breaches caused by third-party software or malicious files contained within uploads. By using the Fiuby platform, users accept this responsibility.

By using Fiuby under these terms, you agree to comply with all platform rules and conditions.
